Post #4- Going to the Choc Hospital

Two weeks ago, Jocelyn and me went to the Choc Hospital to ask how many many patients with cancer there were at the hospital. Irene which is also in our 20% project group couldn't make it to the hospital with us because she had something personal to do. So when we went to ask how many patients with cancer there were the front desk lady told us that there were 156 cancer patients at the Choc Hospital. We then decided to divide the work on making bracelets. Now that we know how many patients there is we know are going to decide what kind of bracelets we are going to make for the the children. After we decide on what kind of bracelets we are going to to go the store and buy the materials. As me and Jocelyn saw this bracelet made of beads but the nice kind of beads and it gave us a clue on how we can make the bracelets. But we don't know exactly what kind we are going to make.

Post of Week 3; Vanessa Perez, Period 3

Today, we talked about that this Friday we are going to Choc Hospital to investigate for sure how many patients are there so we can start working on the bracelets. Also, today we did a video recording on what we are going  to do for our 20% project. The three of us got recorded and Irene said in the video that we are going to do for our 20% project she said that we are going to make actual bracelets and donate them to the patients at the Choc Hospital. I was nervous about making the recording but afterwards it wasn't that hard as i thought it would be. While we are in the process of making bracelets we are going to take pictures of us making bracelets. We are then going to put the pictures into a slide show to show to the class. The process for the 20% project is going into a big success and hopefully everything turns out good. We as a group are working together as one to make this project turn out into a success.
